SHIPPING GUIDE 

We want to get things to you as quickly as possible, however, as all our products are made to order or custom made, it may take up to 14 days to fulfill your order before we can ship it to you. 

Please note, there are sometimes delays due to international shipping and availability of certain stock. We will let you know when your order is created if we expect any delays.

When ordering ‘custom’ items please contact us before purchase if you have any queries regarding manufacturing times. 

Shipping providers and prices are subject to change. 

Please note that delivery time is based on made to order products. Allow extra time for custom orders. 

 

AUSTRALIA 

We use Australia Post with a flat fee of $25 per product. This service typically ranges between 3-12 business days, depending on your location, once your order is fulfilled. 

Please note that delivery time is based on business days and for metropolitan areas. Please allow extra time for regional areas.

INTERNATIONAL 

International orders are sent via Standard Australian Post with fees dependant on your location. Fees are calculated at check out, per product. 

This Standard service delivery time varied depending on your location. Please see Australia Post’s guide for average delivery times to your country.

Guide excludes time in customs (for international delivery) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Ginny Wow Wow and Australia Post’s control. 

All international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Ginny Wow Wow is not responsible for any charge incurred for shipping orders internationally. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. 

 

TRACKING 

Customers will be issued a tracking number when parcel is dispatched.  

 

LOST PRODUCTS 

Ginny Wow Wow is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages once they have left our HQ and in transit.  However, if you have not received your order and believe it is lost in transit or you’re having issues tracking it, please contact us at info@ginnywowwow.au immediately so that we can provide you with advice.
