What is the difference between Made to Order and Custom Order products?
Made to Order: Made to Order products are manufactured from readily available fabric types and colours. In most instances, our manufacturer will make your product to order and it will arrive at our headquarters for dispatching within 14 days.
Custom Orders: Custom Order products may require fabric styles and colours which need to be sourced externally by our manufacturer. This also applies to sizes outside of those specified in our size charts. As such, your order may take up to 21 days to fulfill, before leaving our headquarters.

How do I determine my correct coat size?

Sizing may vary between each product so ensure to measure accordingly.
How long does my order take to make?
Made to Order: Approximately 14 days.
Custom Order: Approximately 21 days.
We will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays outside of these timeframes.
