RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Ginny Wow Wow, purchased products are made to order with our manufacturers. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including the incorrect order of size. We will however, offer a full refund (or exchange) on the product if it does not meet the regulatory specifications, as determined by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

RETURNS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our products are checked at point of manufacture and prior to shipping. However, if you believe our product has manufacturing faults, does not fit the description or has any issues as outlined in consumer law (ACCC), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product at info@ginnywowwow.au, providing photos and a description of the fault/s.
Please note the responsibility of the Return is the purchasers until received by Ginny Wow. Due to this we recommend you return your product with tracking.
CHANGE OF MIND/ CHANGE OF SIZE
Unless there is an issue with the product as specified by the ACCC we cannot offer exchange or refund for change of mind orders or change of size.
Please ensure you check your size correctly against our size chart provided for each of our products.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders refer to any non-standard sizes, colours and fabric and non-standard colour and fabric combinations. Please tick the Custom Order checkbox and enter the custom order details in the Note field. For further information visit our FAQ page.
All custom orders are FINAL, once ordered.
A refund or exchange can only be provided if there is an issue with the product as per consumer law (ACCC).
